TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
Welcome to VIET TIN-VISA website ("viettinvisa.com"). This site implies VIET TIN, the company under which Viettinvisa.com is a part of, and all of its entities that control, are controlled by, or are affiliated or under common control with, VIET TIN are collectively referred to herein as "we," "us" or "our".
This document, “Viettinvisa.com Terms of Use Agreement” (the "Agreement") explains the terms and conditions applicable to Users of the Viettinvisa.com website. This Agreement is executed between you, as the user of the Website (the" User"), and Viettinvisa.com. This service is applicable to all Users all over the world.
1. "User" is any person who accesses the Viettinvisa.com website for whatever purpose
2. By using the Website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions in this Agreement as a User. You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to your access or use of this Website and any subsequent upgrade, addition, modification or change to this Website.
3. Visa processing fees are fees that cover the costs incurred by Viettinvisa.com in servicing your request for entry-visa to Vietnam. All fees are in United States currency. Fees are subject to change depending on fees imposed by the Vietnam Department of Immigration and/or Vietnam Embassy/Consulates. Once user’s application is submitted to the government for processing, you User can not cancel the order. This fee is not refundable once User’s application reaches the Vietnam Immigration for processing. This fee is also NOT refundable if (a) User does not show up at Vietnam airport as scheduled; (b) if User provides wrong flight number and/or arrival date/time. Not only Vietvisa does not refund the fee, but User has to pay at User’s expense for visa upon arrival with Vietnam Airport Immigration. However, this fee is refunded to User if the Vietnam Immigration denies to issue visa to User, less US$25.00 administrative fee to Viettinvisa.com. User will receive applicable refund within seven (7) working days.
4. By sending by mail or submitting on-line an application to Viettinvisa.com, you accept the above, including but not limited to that Viettinvisa.com is not liable for any action or inaction of any government body or for the performance of any third party delivery company and that Viettinvisa.com liability is limited strictly as set in this document. Refer to “Privacy Statement” displayed in this website.
5. Vietnam's requirements for passports and visas and related information are established by the Vietnam Department of Immigration and are subject to change without notice. While Viettinvisa.com constantly tries to provide current and complete information, Viettinvisa.com does not guarantee that the information supplied is the most current and complete. Viettinvisa.com is not responsible for such information. Viettinvisa.com reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, and degree of difficulty in procuring documents due to purpose of travel.
6. Viettinvisa.com is not responsible for the actions or inaction of the Vietnam Department of Immigration and its overseas representative bodies (Embassy, Consulate). These bodies may request additional documentation. Processing time for visas and/or passports quoted bodies in normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Viettinvisa.com is not and shall not be responsible for processing times.
7. The status of your visa is the sole considerations and decision from the Vietnam Immigration. Viettinvisa.com has no authority to advise, guide, consult or make suggestions whatsoever in regard to this matter. Further, Viettinvisa.com has no control over processing time of visa. Published time is only an estimate of normal processing time
8. All information, software, services published on this web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and Viettinvisa.com does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim liability for inaccuracies relating to all information. Viettinvisa.com reserves the right to make changes to this web site at any time.
9. In the condition of using this Website, you agree not to use this Web site or its contents or information of any commercial or non-personal purpose (direct or indirect). 13.a. Viettinvisa.com liability for all loss or damage from any cause or fault whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of or damage to a passport during the course of visa or passport processing, is limited to the actual replacement cost of the passport or $100.00, whichever is less. Viettinvisa.com reserves the right in all instances to substitute replacement of the documents that had been in Viettinvisa.com’s care and control in lieu of payment.
13.b. Viettinvisa.com will not be liable for any damages, costs and expenses from any cause or fault whatsoever, and including but not limited to liability for travel interruption, changes in travel or prevention or limitation of travel and resulting costs and expenses, whether such damages, costs or expenses be direct, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or otherwise, and including but not limited to loss of income or profits, in excess of the Viettinvisa.com service fees paid by customer for visa or passport processing, regardless of circumstances, whether or not Viettinvisa.com had knowledge that such damages might be incurred and whether or not Viettinvisa.com may be, or may not be responsible for, a contributing cause.
13.c. Viettinvisa.com will not be responsible in any respect or for any amount for loss or delay caused by events that we cannot or do not control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including passport and embassy consular officials).
